Jane Tavakalian accepts no liability and/or responsibility for any actions and/or decisions a participant chooses to take or make based on his/her consultation with Jane.

In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Empowered Empath Masterclass, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Jane Tavakalian for any injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in the program.
